Paradise Biryani Pointe

Good menu, but the service can be improved.

Today I have been to paradise biryani point in Fremont. This is one of the worst Indian restaurant in Bay Area . Never dare to venture into it, just run away from these guys. Food was so spicy greesy and worst customer service.Manager was so rude when I asked about spice and quality. Here are some starter’s pictures

Ordered malai kofta. It was very salty. Never order north indian food. Only chicken biryani and veg biryani is good.

The panner tikka was not cooked thoroughly and the marination around it was still raw. The egg curry was very sour. Too many tomatoes used to make the gravy. The paneer biriyani was spicy as hell. Out of 4 items we ordered 3 were really below par and we had to throw most of the dishes. Really disappointed by the food. That too during quarantine times where they are not overwhelmed with dine in orders the quality of food is not really even agreeable.

CAUTION: Biryani is spicy.Food was great but be careful with Biryani order. Their normal Biryani is extremely spicy. Before ordering tell them to make it mild. I feel the staff should make people aware of this before taking order. (Thus docking one star)

Goat biryani is awesome as usual and the order was quick. Really enjoyed the food.

I ordered a chicken biriyani because I had it before from Sunnyvale location. But this time, the taste was not as expected.

Ordered from Uber eats for lunch couple of days back. Chicken biryani is ok, but the goat biryani is clearly from day before, cold, dry.

Worst place . I told them 3 times that I want less spicy and they made it extra spicy. Listen properly what customers are ordering.Even on Friday the biryanis doesn’t smell good everyone was disappointed and you people completely ruined our day . We will never order again from paradise.

Not fond of South Indian Cuisine. But the Biryani from Paradise tasted so good. We ordered Chicken Biryani and Vegetable Biryani at 12 am. Flavorful Biryani with reasonable price. Opened till late.

Very standard and consistent taste in chicken dum biryani. Food is very tasty and authentic. Service could be better especially the way they talk to customers. Love their dum biryani, mirchi bajji, and gravies for naan.

Excellent food. Highly recommended. Would love to visit again.
